Job Description:
Identify and develop new clients with high volume of quantity. • Send the quotation to the clients and collect the documents (Including LPO, Agreements ect.) with the help of BDM before mobilizing the workers on the site. • Provide the information to Marketing Co-ordinator about the client and category of workers that has to be given to client. • Visit the office as well as the site before completing with the negotiation and documentation part. • Without documentation no workers should be mobilize to any site. If on some special conditions then the marketing executive has to take the approval from General Manager. • Establish and maintain current Client and potential Client relationships • Maintaining proper follow-up with clients. • Before 5th of every month all marketing executive has to submit all the time sheet in office for preparation of invoice. • Invoice has to submit before 10th of every month to the clients. • Proper follow up for the payment should be with the clients as per agreement. • Must be dynamic and aggressive with regards to achieving monthly targets. • Prepared invoices have to be provided to client as we are the main man power providing company for him. • Coordination with HR for workers a problem related to PPE, transportation, ID & Insurance. • Find out the cause of workers site return and solve it immediately. Should take all the responsibility of his sites. They will be provided the travel allowance accordingly on the particular job for which they will be assigned to.
